I agree with you Gary.

By the way is Ed Kinder still a member? The last time I saw him was at the 2015 Christmas get together.

Message From: Gary Lewis glgslewis at comcast.netI think that's over kill considering we haven't had break ins caused by bad locks. Let's replace what we have with the same thing and when they start having issues, we replace them. Going that route, we'll all be dead before we spend as much as the other locks will cost. BTW, Dean and I were there working on the layout Wednesday morning. We left around 1:00 and I locked the door. It took several tries with everything set on zeros, to get it to hold. I gave it a couple good pulls and left. I think it's better to get it to hold and then spin a couple of the wheels off of the position when locked. I didn't do that when I left. Let's get a couple new locks of the same type. That's my vote.Gary-----Original Message-----From: Accrs [mailto:accrs-bounces at mail.accrs.org] On Behalf Of Alameda County Central Railroad SocietySent: Tuesday, January 3, 2017 8:28 PMTo: accrs at mail.accrs.orgSubject: Re: [Accrs] Club Lock problemsMessage From: Ed kinder edkinder at gmail.com_______________________________________________Accrs mailing listAccrs at mail.accrs.orghttps://mail.accrs.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/accrs
