hello tony   did you get my reply about my tanker project ?  please let me know   I am waiting on Dean to come through with correct hazmat placards for them   He did a great job on the first sheets of placards but I errored they were the wrong code for the load they carried  so I have to re do them all over    thanks Gary B

The foam is the premium grade electronics type I had custom cut at Bob’s Foam in Fremont and then glue together with  Dan Tack.      Box material – Arron Brothers heavy stock board – about $5 for a 4’x5’Box top wrapper – green paper poster board Wal-mart – about $1Box bottom wrapper – white wrapping paper Wal-Mart 300 ft roll $9.00 or use white poster paper boardCorner reinforcement paper – saved brown paper bags cut to size3M spray adhesive – Wal-mart about $9.00   Foam – Bob’s in FrementDan Tack – foam adhesive,  get from Bob’s $14 or ebay $10   Tools needed are – measurement stick,  straight edge for cutting,  cutter – large X-acto or utility knife, pencil, and a square is helpful.   Then if you have a large table top work area you can make several boxes on a weekend.  The black top box was wrapped with black gift wrap paper – which is not very durable.  The poster type paper is very good -available in green,  blue black, red, yellow.   If you want to learn how/need help make some boxes let me know.   Here’s some pics. . . .
