[Accrs] External Railroad Exhibt Sign

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

This sign didn't last a year before aging to the point of needing a replacement.  Since the fair has responsibility for these signs can we a.) bring to their attention that the condition has deteriorated ;  b.) offer to paint one ourselves that can last a few years.   We can use the same blue background with white lettering - we not need the model train image and change the words to "MODEL RAILROAD EXHIBT"
