I know we make money from these events as well as each opening advertises we are there and spreads the word through those attending. Entering and exiting through a single door is tough but I would not say terrible for this size event. However if it rains or the changes made so far increases the number of attendees it can become an issue.
When I was at the club last, I noticed the fence was not attached to the wall of the small animals office. Also, I wondered if the fair could just extend the fencing to turn at the women's bathroom and continue to our front door instead thereby permanently clearing our front door for access? It does not appear they are doing any work in this area?

I talked with the Fairgrounds and was told the fence surrounding the construction area by our building would not be moved until late April. There will be no access for visitors to our front door as it is behind the fence. This presents visibility issues for good guys attendees and is in my opinion a safety issue having only a single entrance to our building. I don't want people to have to enter and exit through the same door. Unless someone can provide a compelling reason to be open, I am going to make the decision that we do not open our doors for this event.
