[Accrs] Exterior Railroad Signs

I lack creativity so I will defer on that one.

However, there is no doubt that an attractive sign will attract visitors so
we should move forward ASAP. Any reasonable expenditure should be OK.

Union Pacific has name recognition, but anything attractive will be fine.

Who can step forward in time to get something done? We are out of time!
