[Accrs] Friday BBQ and Picnic

Members,

Our annual BBQ is this coming Friday, August 6.  Hors d'oeuvres start at 
6:30 with dinner at 7:00

We didn't put up a sign-up sheet for the BBQ.  That was an oversight.  
We need to know how many people plan to attend.
