I agree.  I suggest Marc contact the organizer of the show (it's on the fair web site) and bounce it off them just to make sure.  It might be worth mentioning that we do the same for the Good Guys and the truck show a few years ago which had a significant military element.  We'll probably get a few more folks to help out between now and the show.
