I was fortunate to catch Dean's email before leaving. On Thursday, I saw
the fencing and kid's amusements in the field, but our building was
accessible at that time.

I found no mention of the event on the fair's web site. I presume it was
some sort of children's charity event or a very expensive party.

Either way, it probably would have enhanced the event if we were running.

Do we want to advise the fair that we may open the club for certain special
events, or do we let it rest as is?  It seems that the membership is
willing to handle a very limited number of events outside of the fair.
