[Accrs] Parking on Friday and Saturday

Attached is the banner which the fair is making.  After suggesting a white background with black letters (and they said no), I suggested the same blue they put on our other signs and it obviously didn't go anywhere.  Originally, it had the GS4 much larger but cutting off most of the wheels and nothing on the other end.   It looked very unbalanced.  All that being said, it's quite an improvement over "nothing".  They hope to have it done tomorrow so we can put it up tomorrow evening.  When I hear from them, I'll let Dean know so he can pass the word since I'll be at work.  BTW, for whatever reason, they said we must hang it up with nylon rope.  Go figure.
