[Accrs] Friday BBQ and Picnic - Critical Info needed.

I sent this message out a few days ago.   So far I have 18 people that 
said they were coming.   All HO members.

Please respond.  No response means you are not coming and we will not be 
purchasing meat for you.  We need a count.

Our annual BBQ is this coming Friday, August 6.  Hors d'oeuvres start at 
6:30 with dinner at 7:00

We didn't put up a sign-up sheet for the BBQ.  That was an oversight. 
We need to know how many people plan to attend.
