[Accrs] ACCRS March business meeting

As a reminder, we will have a regularly scheduled business meeting tomorrow night, March 6.  Our meetings the past two months were rescheduled a week later due to conflicts, but those were exceptions and not setting precedents.

Daylight savings time comes into play this weekend (spring, forward), but not until Sunday morning.  Of course, if you want to jump the gun and arrive at the club an hour early, go for it and run trains and visit.
