[Accrs] Annual BBQ--August 7, 2015

This is a reminder that our annual BBQ will be on August 7 instead of our monthly business meeting.  For those of you that look forward to our scintillating meetings, you will have to wait till the fourth of September.  This is a potluck party open to members and their family with the club supplying the BBQed meat, drinks, and beans.  Ed Careno will reprise his role as head BBQer and Dean Lewis is handling the logistics of tables and chairs.  A flyer is attached giving details of the BBQ.  For purposes of knowing how many people are coming and what food item they are bringing, a signup sheet has been posted on the refrigerator at the club.

I look forward to seeing each of you there and the opportunity of meeting your family members that have generously allowed you to indulge yourself in this hobby.
