[Accrs] CMRI Info Needed

Greetings!   
  
I'm putting together a test project for CMRI (SMINI, SWITCH CTRL, DCCOD).   Attached is a drawing so far - power supply, patch panel for 3.3v, 5v, 12v, and the OD 
  
There are two tracks across the top, divided into 12 blocks, each with a yellow LED - all wired to the DCCOD motherboard and ground. 
  
A couple of questions on OD part - 
  
- - 12v is that correct? 
- - Is this wired correct for rails and ground? 
- - Should the ground be grounded to the power supply box? 
- - There needs to be a resistor on each LED (not shown) - is this 220 or 330 ohm? 
  
The next parts I need help with are : 
  
- - understanding is the switch motor controller using Tortoise switch motors wiring 
- - sending inputs from OD to SMINI 
- - triggering outputs from SMINI to LED's and switch motors 
  
The drawing in the PDF file is to scale - this test box is 36in x 27in. 
  
For the box I was planning on using custom cut wood and maybe some parts in plastic and a carrying handle on the top. 
  
Hope to finish this up before end of the Feb.
