Before I forget,  a couple of things to add as topics for next meeting. 
1. Green Energy Plan- Find out if the Fair have a green energy plan or thinking about it. - Consider LED Lighting and potential cost savings
2. Interior Roof Paint - Issue: Paint flakes showering layouts- Get recommendations
3. WiFi - one for local train control  (existing)- one for local feature control (future)- one for secure internet access point for members only paid by club (using 3G/4G service)
