I appologize for this late message. 

Due to conflicts of many of the Board members (Good Friday Church services, vacationing, and other family issues) , a business meeting tonight is not practical.  The bylaws require a ten day notice of a rescheduled meeting, so we are in violation of that statute.  However, with at least three of the four club officers missing tonight, I would suggest that the April meeting be skipped.  I don't have any actionable issues to bring to the membership anyway and am not aware of any from other members.  However, if there are enough members attending tonight to make a quorum (at least ten voting members not including Junior members) and there is an officer present, a meeting can be held.
