I suggest the meeting should focus on preparations for the Fair and the Good-Guys before the fair. The lighting project is quite important to complete by then. I’ve not heard whether any progress has been made. I’ve not received further info from the Fair on how they will handle our admittance. I’ve left messages with them and if I hear back before the meeting, I’ll call someone with the info. Staffing schedules should be available for both scales pretty soon. I noticed the O scale is on top of that already.
