[Accrs-o] Picnic Timing

Gary asked me to coordinate the food/set-up. as he is totally burned out from the fair and is doing home remodeling.

We are going to shoot for starting to eat at 6:30.
We will start the set-up and get the grill going about 4:30-4:45.   If anyone can come help that would be great. Wine will be served.

We have 10 signed up for p[potluck items so far.  This is what is planned:


  *   Hot Side (Beans/Potatoes)
  *   Potato Salad and MAYBE Bread Rolls
  *   Dessert
  *   Dessert
  *   Dessert
  *   Dessert
  *   Italian pasta salad
  *   Pasta
  *   Pasta
  *   Salad

Clearly the deserts have it with pasta a close second.  Some appetizers and/or chips could be good for early arrivers.
