[Accrs-o] Minutes for last business meeting

[ACCRS O Scale list]

There has been some confusion concerning the minutes from the last business
meeting.  The two attachments constitute the entire minutes for that
meeting.  One is the notes from the meeting while John's financial report is
attached in it's entirety to cover the finances.
