ACCRS O Scale list

All,
Tomorrow night access will be the same as last week outlined below in last
week's email. When we came in to Lot P last week at 6:00, all the horse
related vehicles were already gone. If you get there around 6:00, you may
be able to park in the stable lot close to the Red gate pedestrian entrance.
It's the Fair so who knows how it will go.
Tomorrow is also the business meeting and annual elections. Please get your
name on the O or HO list if you will be helping out the following weekend at
Good-Guys. I'll need a head count this weekend to pass to the Good-Guys so
I can pick them up the passes Wednesday or Thursday. Distribution will
likely be on Friday evening the 8th.

Subject: Friday access to the fair grounds
All,
Horse racing Friday will force us to come in Gate 12 and park in lot P
(circled in white on the attached map). That's the one we usually park in
for the Fair and Good-Guys. Don't get confused with the white "P" in a blue
box. That just indicates the area is a parking lot. However, don't come in
before 6:00 or they will charge you for parking. We are dealing with the
fair, so there may be variations in how they think this is going to work.
If you show up earlier and they let you in for parking, good for you. If
you work your way up to the stable parking area and park, good for you
again. Once you have parked, go thru the red pedestrian gate. Don't try to
drive in thru the yellow gate. Even on their web site, it says that gate
will be closed. See you there.
