[Accrs-o] Friday August 2 BBQ

All,

Yesterday the Fair office advised that due to another event on the grounds,
we will have to park outside in the parking lot and walk in to our BBQ event
scheduled that evening.  The only exception would be two vehicles for set
up.  Upon further conversation with our designated contact, Harry Daviess,
formerly of the Good-Guys organization, Harry confirmed he will be enforcing
the policy uniformly going forward, but allowed for us to shuttle people in
from the parking lots for the BBQ.  After discussion with board members, we
concluded the best solution for the greatest number of our members would be
to simply move the BBQ to Friday August 16 when everyone would be able to
drive in as there are no conflicts with other events.   Please mark the
change on your calendars.  We look forward to joining with your families on
the 16th.  

As far as next Friday the 2nd, we will now use it to have a business
meeting.  We will still have to walk in, but you won't have to carry in side
dishes!  Please advise if you have any questions.
