[Accrs-o] Business meeting tomorrow night

Late last year, we were advised by the state that we needed to change our
tax exempt category due to the amount of income we have from the general
public.  John Kolberg has been working on this issue recently.  The change
will involve a change of our mission statement which requires a vote of the
members.  We need to get that done this evening.  John will be able to
present the details to the Board and then to the membership, ultimately for
a vote.  Our bylaws will not be changed and they do not address a mission
statement.  Thus, the vote will be done with those who show up tonight.
This has nothing to do with the separate 501C3 project.  It looks like the
weather tonight will be decent tonight, so please join us.  Thanks.
