[Accrs-o] FAir signups and entry structure set up

We still haven't heard from anyone willing to help out with the entry
structure at 5:00 PM today.  Phil and I can't do it by ourselves.  There has
also been no response for setting it up on Thursday at 2 PM.  

 

Thanks to those few who have signed up for the Good-Guys and the Fair.
However, especially for the HO, the Fair signups have been extremely
lacking.  There are many open and understaffed shifts which outnumber
adequately staffed shifts.  There are no signups for June 17, which is
opening day!!  I'm out of town that week and won't be back until Sunday the
19th.  The Fair has asked for the list of names by this Friday.  As
previously mentioned, those working many shifts will get an entry card with
a QR code and a hang tag for parking.  Those working only a few shifts will
be supplied with the quantity of daily passes and parking passes.  These
arrangements are being dictated by the Fair.  

 

Participation during the Fair is the commitment asked of members.  Don't
expect that somebody else will cover the shifts.  That isn't going to
happen.  We need to share the load and get this done.  Please signup ASAP.
