The most important aspect is the head count and the pole on what meat to purchase.  We need to have a head count by Wednesday at the latest in order to purchase the meat.  Let's keep this simple.  The intention is not to purchase meat to cover all the meat on the list.  This is not a restaurant.  The most selected is what we will get.  For example, we had started the conversation with hamburgers, hot dogs, and sausage.  Simple to prepare.  Another possibility is tri tip which we have done for years.  Longer to prepare.  Remember, someone has to cook the meat.
