Tomorrow is fine for your mom to pick them up at our house.  208 Yosemite Drive, Livermore.  Best exit is probably the highway 84 exit.  We’re not far.  Let me know about what time she will be here.

May my Mom stop by your house in Livermore to collect my tickets and passes rather than me arriving late Thursday night which cuts into my bed rest at the hour of 7 pm ?  

My Mom will be going to Tracy for a few hours for her woman’s club and drives right through your area to stop by your house 

Also.  I take my medications for my schizophrenia at 5 pm and I get groggy a hour later.   So driving is bad for me to be up at 6:30 pm to come to the club 

Please let us know this can work out 

Mom is going to Tracy tomorrow 

She can stop by in the afternoon after her meeting

I picked up the entry and parking passes this afternoon and spent some time sorting thru the pile assigning parking and entry passes to those who have signed up.  I will be at the club Thursday evening around 6:30 for about an hour to distribute the passes.  If you can’t make it then, contact me individually and maybe we can arrange a time you can pick them up at my home or at a mutually agreeable location.  Five of the entry passes are good for all three days of the show.  The rest are single day passes so some of you will get two of those in lieu of a two day entry pass.  We only do Saturday and Sunday.  Please do not try to use the Friday part of the 3-day ticket on Friday when we are not open as it would violate the trust we have with the GG’s.  The parking passes also cover all three days.  Each time the QR code on the parking pass is scanned, the GG’s get charged $15.  If you are only coming in on Saturday, please bring your parking pass in with you and give it to me in the morning or John Kolberg in the afternoon.  They will be returned to Harry Daviess of the GG’s on Saturday.  Same drill as the last two GG shows.  

One last thing – there is cleanup, including track cleaning, to be done on Thursday evening, so please hang around after getting your passes and help with what needs to be done.  Thanks to those who have signed up.  Let’s have a good show!!
