All,

I’ve picked up the food and other stuff needed for the BBQ tomorrow evening.  I’ll pick up some tri-tip this evening or in the morning.  We will also have hamburgers, hot dogs, and sausage.  The most requested meat choices will thus be covered.  Just don’t change your choices when you get there!   Dean is bringing more drinks and ice cream sandwiches.  I’ll be getting to the club around 3-3:30 tomorrow to start setting up.  Will need some help if anyone else can make it at that time.  Thanks.

All,

Since Jorg has some timing issues, I’ll get the meat and buns, condiments, etc. at Costco.  I’ll also get the charcoal and lighter fluid.  I’ve already lined up the tables and chairs with the Fair.  I’ll get the fire going Friday and if anyone wants to help with table and chair set up, it would be appreciated.  A second cook would help.

I vote for hamburger, hot dogs, and sausage for 2 of us.  I believe Jorg also voted for hamburgers and hot dogs after you sent your e-mail.  There may be a few others before Wednesday.

OK, only 5 responses so it is a bit ambiguous, but it seems sausages are a high second choice and Tri-tip wins at 60% (including buns).  Shall we do Tri-tip and Sausages? Lucky has tri-tip on sale ($3/lb 😊), are there sausage preferences? Does someone want to get those, or should I stop at Costco and pick up a couple of packages?. One beef, one chicken? I was thinking about getting a tray of the Hawaiian rolls at Costco for tri-tip “buns”. I will also check sausages at Lucky’s.
