[Accrs-o] Passes for the Good-Guys

I will be at the club tonight from 6:30-6:45 to give the O scale tickets to
Dick.  If some HO folks want to be there then, I'll have the rest of the
tickets with me.

Subject: Passes for the Good-Guys

 

All,

I picked up the entry and parking passes for the Good-Guys show today.  An
entry pass is good for one day, while the parking pass is good for two days.
So, those who come in Saturday will need one entry and one parking pass.
However, if one of those people is also coming in on Sunday, that person
will have two entry passes (one for each day) and one parking pass to cover
both days of parking (hang onto it when you come in Saturday).  

 

I have been "kindly volunteered" by Jorg to distribute the passes for the HO
side.  Dick Stark will handle that task for the O side.  I will be there
Friday evening, but I should be available other evenings during the week.
However, I don't want to be running to the fair every evening for one or two
people.  Let me know what works for you and we'll figure it out.
