Subject: URGENT – O Scale 2019 Fair Shift Sign-up
Attention all O Scalers!  The club really needs your help in manning the fair this year.

Please look at the attached pdf and sign up to do shifts at the fair this year. As you can see in the attached document, we really need a lot of help in covering the fair this year. Over the last couple of years we have lost George and Ted as well as some members losing faith in the club going forward with the fair. The ACCRS has invested in cleaning up the facility and in creating new exhibits and an entrance to drive more attendance and support rom the fair. The challenge is having enough member come down to support us during the fair. We really need support from all of the members this year.

Please sign up for as many shifts as you can do. Simply print out the attached sign-up form and fill in the shifts you want. There will be forms at the O Scale control booth to sign up and leave. Or just send me or Phil Edholm ans email with the dates dn shifts you want to cover. We need to get this done so we can get both parking and entrance passes from the fair for all of our volunteers.
