[Accrs-o] How to use the mailing lists

I've heard there is some confusion about how to use the email lists.  I was trying to reconcile the general, HO, and O lists based on the membership spreadsheet I was given.  Some people may have been dropped and re-added to the lists, which probably caused some confusion. Hopefully this will clarify things.

1.  To receive mail from the lists you don't have to do anything.  The emails you received from the list software are only needed if you want to do more with the lists.  If all you want to do is read the email, you don't have to do anything.

2.  To send mail to the groups, there are three main lists to use:
  General List:  accrs at mail.accrs.org
  HO LIst: accrs-ho at mail.accrs.org
  O List:  accrs-o at mail.accrs.org
  If you send an email to any of those lists, it will go to all members of that particular list.
