<p class="MsoNormal">On the other subject, the old-style “roller” cars <u>do not work</u> on our layout. As I pointed out in my presentation many months ago, the roller cars do not clean tracks or even loosen the dirt/grim. They never have. They just roll
over the dirt. Or worse, they compact it onto the rails. I have tested this on our layout, along with all our other cleaning car type. The roller cars are an interesting idea, but in practical use, they just don’t work and there is no point in using them.

public at the main control panel.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin:0.1rem 0"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">It had a broken truck assembly on one of the trucks. It had sat there for years. Anyway, I took it home and rebuilt the trucks so that it could be used.
There is a cleaning roller that sits in the middle. I think you either saturate the roller with cleaning fluid or run it behind a car that contains cleaning fluid. Anyway, it is repaired and ready for service. Check it out. You might want to add it to
the cleaning train. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
