I put i a new power strip and it worked. The new strip is, however, lying on the floor and the old one is unplugged with the cord wrapped around the layout leg. Perhaps one of the electrical gurus can tidy that up (although I do want my cord back eventually) and determine if the problem is the power strip or the wall plug. Just switch the power strip back on.<div id="yiv7475794374yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1529648206213_13248"><br clear="none"><div id="yiv7475794374yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1529648206213_13247">The station lights are on their own apparently, they are plugged in to a regular outlet with a 3 way splitter located at the north east of wills point. I forgot what I did to reset it. because the surge protector is off. You have to crawl under the
layout to the new power supply and turn on the surge protector.
<div>I think its one of those kinds that is off by
default so you have to do it every time.</div>
<div>Should be replaced with a normal surge
protector.</div>

I was on the last shift yesterday. I noticed that while we

storm running there were no lights on in the city. It might
not matter <br clear="none">
normally, but with the new scavenger cards, it makes it hard
to find the <br clear="none">
burning building and the camp fire in the hobo camp. Are the
lights <br clear="none">
operational or were they just left off by mistake. I have
not ever <br clear="none">
done anything to turn them on as they usually came on when the
layout <br clear="none">
was powered up.<br clear="none">
