I was on the last shift yesterday. I noticed that while we had the <br>
storm running there were no lights on in the city. It might not matter <br>
normally, but with the new scavenger cards, it makes it hard to find the <br>
burning building and the camp fire in the hobo camp. Are the lights <br>
operational or were they just left off by mistake. I have not ever <br>
done anything to turn them on as they usually came on when the layout <br>
was powered up.<br>
