Jere and I have talked about the electrical issues found before and during the fair and agree getting that mess straightened out is a priority. I've also talked with Wayne and Joel a little about the same issues. The problems range from track needing additional drops to ancient power supplies, sloppy soldering joints, and the stuff you mention. I'd like to get Wayne, Joel, Jere, and you to put a priority plan together of things which need to be done and a rough time line and approximate cost. Of course the time line will depend on participation beyond the idea stage. I figure you guys know the most about routing electrons correctly. Rather it's valid or not, I'm concerned that electrical issues could burn the place down.
