Project this image against the wall with LCD projector, trace the outlines, pencil the details and start painting. I am asking them for work samples similar to our project to show. It's looking like we should be prepared to spend about 3k if we want to make this happen. I made a quick mock-up in photoshop of generally what we're going for (attached). Before anyone says anything, yes I know this city looks too modern- I will mention to make it look older. Let me know if you have any ideas I should add. This should be doable before fair, shouldn't take more than a week to paint it once its approved. I'll be at May's meeting with the final pitch and we can yay or nay it then.
