[Accrs-ho] New Dispatch monitors

The new monitors near Dispatch have been installed and are working properly.

Note that the new monitors do not power on automatically with the layout; they must be powered on with their remote. The remote is stored in the CAB 1 drawer (the one on the left side of the Dispatch panel). Both monitors will turn on with one press of one remote. So at this point, 4 of our 5 monitors need to be powered on with their remotes.

We're going to keep the monitor shipping boxes for a while, until we're sure they're working properly. I've stored them under the layout at the far north end of Hidden Yard. I'll throw them away before Fair.

We're still having some intermittent problems with some of the cameras. At some point I may have to replace a few cameras.
