Gary B. Here is reality: Early in the shift you and I talked and I asked you casually what you were going to run and you mentioned a freight you had set up which was quite long. I asked if it fit in between the re-railers in the hidden yard and you said it did. Good. The next conversation we had was the second time your train split or derailed on the large bridge. Same cars both times. I suggested strongly that you remove those two cars, Jere repeated it, and JR who was dispatching, concurred. You did not follow the suggestion. Once you got the train rolling, I told you that if the train did the same thing on the next lap, you would be told to either remove the offending cars or the train. You remedied the problem. I didn't stop you from doing that. Fortunately, the next lap went well and from what I experienced after that, as you say, it didn't happen again. Situation resolved. Everybody is happy. I also suggested you hang out around the dispatch panel area since it was closer to where your train was having its problems. You said you could see what was needed on the monitor at cab 3. At that point, I walked away and we didn't have any further conversation.
Gary, members get frustrated with continuing issues like this coming up with your beautiful trains and effecting operations during shows. I think the problems you've been having with derailments/separations have been reduced lately which is a good thing. However, when a consistent issue interrupts operations during a show, the same solution applies to all of us, not just you. There is no discrimination against you. I've had to remove a couple bad actor cars from my trains during the fair. I also had to remove a locomotive which wouldn't pull a 5 car train up block 44. Enough said.
Gary L.

Subject: Gary Lewis Mind Your Own Business about MY Equipment
Attention Gary Lewis:
YOU HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHT TO BUCK ME ON MY EQUIPMENT. FOR EXAMPLE YOU HAD NO LEGAL RIGHT TO DICTATE TO ME TO TAKE OFF EQUIPMENT THAT FAILED TO OPERATE PROPERLY OR FLAT OUT YOU DICTATED TO ME ALSO TO TAKE MY EQUIPMENT OFF THE LAYOUT ENTIRELY TODAY. YOU FAILED TO LET ME REMEDY MY EQUIPMENT FAULT BY REVERSING THE DIRECTION OF THE ROLLING STOCK CAR THAT DERAILED 2 TIMES IN THE SAME PLACE ON THE LAYOUT WHICH I DID CORRECT AT MY OWN DECISIONING AND THE DERAIL PROBLEM DID NOT HAPPEN AFTERWARDS ALL DAY LONG FROM THERE AFTER.
I WON'T TOLERATE YOU HARASSING ME LIKE I TOLD YOU BEFORE IN PRIOR CLUB EMAILS FROM ME.
EVERT TIME YOU BUCK ME LEWIS I WILL BE STEADFAST IN DEFENDING MYSELF TO STAND MY OWN GROUND AGAINST YOU AND BUCK YOU BACK.
CLEARLY YOU ARE NO FRIEND TO ME AND YOU ARE BORDERING HOW MUCH YOU DO HATE SCHIZOPHRENICS WHICH I AM AND THAT MEANS YOU DISCRIMINATE ME BECAUSE I AM ONE.
YOU HAVE NO LEG TO STAND ON WITH THIS. YOU OWE ME A APOLOGY.
REGARDS GARY BARBANO STANDARD MEMBER OF ACCRS.
