[Accrs-ho] HO layout open for final testing

We are good to go! (At least, as far as I can tell.)

Jere and I tested, diagnosed, and repaired a number of problems today. Well, to be more accurate, I tested and diagnosed; Jere tested and did all the repairs. We all need to thank Jere for stepping in and helping get our layout ready.

We tested every turnout on the mainlines and corrected a number of issues. Things are looking good.

We have about two (2) weeks until the 2024 Alameda County Fair opens! Time to do your final testing, and general cleanup.

Subject: [HOscale] HO layout closed tomorrow

HO members,

The HO layout will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday June 29, for electrical testing and repairs. This is expected to last all day.

The layout is being tested for power dropouts and full functionality through all turnouts. This is to insure we have a fully functional and stable system for the Fair. I'll send status at the end of the day tomorrow.
