[Accrs-ho] Summit switch work

Due to work being done on the Summit switch, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RUN ANYWHERE
NEAR THE BLOCKS INVOLVED and do not turn them on.  Maintenance should be
completed on Tuesday.
