Hello HO,

We are in critical need to fill upcoming shifts!!!

Saturday 6/15 - 2nd and 3rd shiftsSunday 6/16   - 1st and 2nd shiftsThursay 6/20  - 3rd shiftSunday 6/23    - 1st shiftThursday 6/27 - 2nd and 3rd shiftsSaturday 6/29  - 1st shiftSunday 6/30    - 1st shiftThursday 7/4   - 2nd shift

These are only the MOST URGENT needs to be able to run HO for the fair.Respond by the end of today, as Gary needs enough time to get us the tickets and parking passes (Otherwise you need to pay for them)

Please double check your currently recorded shift and contact me for changes, email: kellylinke at yahoo.com; cell: 925-219-7142See you all Friday before 8pm to do a final scrub on the tracks, last minute test of your consists (including reprogramming - yes, it works now) as well as for the business meeting 8-9pm followed by our HO meeting with additional Fair reminders. Here are some highlights from Wayne and myself for you:

Beginning now, no one is to move or make any changes to the static Rolling Stock that is currently stored on the layout and in Hidden Yard. If you feel a change is needed, please consult with me or Wayne first.

As a reminder, Hidden Yard tracks 6, 7, 8, and 9 are now reserved and are to remain clear except for member setup before a shift. Tracks 2 – 5 have a good variety of club Rolling Stock that may be used. If you find a problem with any car, please remove it from Hidden Yard and place it upstairs with a note describing the problem. We all need to do our part.

Also, remember that ALL trains must fit within the rerailers at both ends of each Hidden Yard track. This is the safe length of Wills Point. ALL trains must fit safely within Wills Point during the Fair. No Exceptions!
The Cleaning Train is to remain as is - no taking appart, no rearranging, no changing directions! Wayne did reprogram a green and orange Sierra Western locomotive and added it to the Cleaning Train, so we still have 3 engines and 10 cleaning cars.

Best Regards,Jorg
