[Accrs-ho] Holiday pot luck tomorrow night

All,

Tomorrow evening we will be able to enter the grounds in our cars thru the
Yellow gate which is across the street from the ACE parking lot.  Entry will
be allowed after 5:30 PM.  Please be courteous with the guard at the gate.
The time is to give the race heads time to get off the grounds so we don't
run over them!!  The gate will likely close around 8:00.  Exit will be thru
the automatic tunnel gate and then out thru Gate 12.  As always, we need to
be out by 10:00.  

 

Those of us who get in at 5:30 need to help clean out the accumulated leaves
and crap at the doors and get the chairs and tables out.  I should be there
around that time.  

 

The following Friday evening, we may also drive in thru the Yellow gate for
cleanup, track cleaning, etc. in preparation for the train show.  We will
need to put up our banners that night and Harry wants them down some time on
the following Monday.  For the show, we will park in our usual Lot P and
walk in the pedestrian tunnel gate (horse racing is going, parking should be
free).
