[Accrs-ho] Business meeting this Friday

All,

This Friday is our business meeting which includes the annual election of
officers.  I will not be there as 11/3 is also our 50th wedding anniversary.
Being interested in continued life, it is best that I miss the business
meeting!  Phil will be conducting the meeting.  Please sign up for the
Good-Guys show on 11/11 and 11/12.  I will need to get our passes from the
GG mid-next week, so please communicate with your respective trainmaster and
get on the list.  

 

I have included the following quote from the last email Melissa at the fair
office sent before she moved on to work somewhere else.  So, plan to park in
the stable café parking area and walk in.  It’s some Hula contest in
buildings A,B, and C.  

 

Friday, 11/3, we have a large event in buildings A, B, and C that goes until
approximately 10pm, so you will need to park at the stable café parking lot
and walk to building F. Moving your meeting to Thursday this week, you would
still need to park at the Stable Café lot and walk to the building as we
have a very large event on this day as well.

 

One last thing – we are officially signed up for the Great Train Show on
December 9-10.
