[Accrs-ho] [accrs] Update to Access to our building tonight

All,

Melissa called and advised that we can access our building tonight thru the
back door, however, we will have to park in the lot outside the red/tunnel
gate, otherwise known as the Stable Café parking lot (with solar panels) and
walk in.  The reason being is related to the Fair’s insurance carrier and
conversations they have had with them of late.  Apparently, the red/tunnel
gate 12, is open for attendees of the RV show to walk in, so they don’t want
cars and pedestrians mixing.

Subject: [accrs] Access to our building tonight

 

All,

After contacting the fair office (two different people) on Monday about the
fence and our access during the current RV show, I received a response late
yesterday afternoon.  Don’t bother coming tonight as the fence will prevent
our access to both the front and back doors.  Melissa at the fair is suppose
to call me today.  If contact is made and the fence situation changes, I’ll
send another email to everyone.  

 

Assuming we can’t get in tonight, we should probably plan on next Thursday
to get ready for the “Night to Shine” event.  The RV show is over after this
weekend.
