Folks,

Shows like the Good-Guys and particularly the Fair event are where we ask for commitment.  We have a commitment to the Fair to be open for the Fair event.  Otherwise, what is our value to the Fair if we can’t open during the event.  We don’t want to go down that road, because it will end poorly for us.  Let’s get signed up.

Hi All,

 

As you have read in Gary's email, there is a certain time needed to tell the Good Guys and the Fair our attendance counts.

This necessitates our 

* GoodGuys signup to be finalized by tomorrow - Friday 5/27/2022.

* Fair signup to be finalized the week after Memorial Day.

 

For both events the signup looks very bad in terms of us attending and running trains.

Look at the Good Guys as it stands 5/26:

    Only 5 members are available out of the whole HO membership roster ?!?!?!?!?!? We need more help here.

 

When looking at the signup for the Alameda County Fair it looks even worse: more help help help

 

We have not yet a single day when we can run the Fair on all shifts !!! 

On 28 shifts there is NOBODY available yet.
