Hi Folks:
Some adds form my side before taking to Tony's great points:   
   - Please make sure to be ready to run at the start of your shift.   

   - Setup in the hidden yard - Trains no longer than track 9.   

   - Clean your engines often, as they pick up all kinds of stuff from our rails...   

   - When you leave the layout area park your trains away from the main line - put your trains into the hidden yard, but keep tracks 8 & 9 open for setup.   

Now to Tony's thoughts,
USB charging- anybody remembers where we got the pig tails from? 
DVD Player - HO Drive-In - Single disc solution at the moment as the disc tray is stuck (known low priority issue). - The current system is home build utilizing an old Tablet screen.- A new DVD player is in the room.- Volunteers to build a new movie screen solution are wanted and appreciated.
Track issues- So far all tests lead to most issues being cleaning.- Switch from InnerUrban to freight line at Oildale to Port tunnel entrance - not a cleaning issue, electrical needs to be looked at. Single engines stall, MUs push through.

Dispatch Panel / Layout / Passenger Yard / add the other feature panels here ;-)- I am planing to have learning and practice sessions on our non-fair Friday so more people are confident in operating the layout .- Tony, I like your idea. Would you be willing to start with a rough draft of atraining guide; best practices; how-to?- Absolutely integrate the two item above into new member process

USB Charging

-the multi-tail cable arrangement for Apple, Samsung, Other is defective.

-power strip, USB extension cables test okay.

  
 
DVD Player – HO Drive-In

-disc will not eject hence the reason Casablanca has been playing every day

-there is a single screw holding the cover plate on the player

-the display device has a brightness issue

-recommend replacement of both

-Walthers makes a drive-in theater working model, but I don’t know how it works, specs, quality.

  
 
Track issues

-several track locations reported to have voltage loss causing engines to stop

-rail joiners are suspected cause, could be other issues

- recommend we get a 4 wheel engine record all the locations to see where it faults, because if you can get a 4 wheeler to run good, then a 8 wheeler or more should even better.

-create a training guide; best practices; how-to
