[Accrs-ho] The tickets are in hand!!!

All,

I picked up the entry and parking tickets for the fair about an hour ago.  I
will be at the club tonight around 6:30-7:00 to split them up with the
trainmasters for distribution.  After the fair wanting our numbers by each
day vs a lump number, the tickets they gave us are not date specific!!
Grrr!  Oh well, makes them easier to distribute.  

 

In addition to the tickets, the next two days we need to do the last minute
clean up and especially track cleaning to make sure it all runs!!!!.  I
noticed earlier today, there's new giveaway crap inside the front door.
Please don't bring anything else down for giveaway until after the fair.  We
have to stuff it somewhere until the fair is over.  We need to sweep out all
the leaves and dirt which blows under the door, etc, etc, etc.  I rolled the
BBQ over to the maintenance yard for the duration.
