ACCRS HO Scale

I just stopped by the fair and the guard let me in at the front gate.
However, I didn't even get to the grandstands before an old lady in a
golf cart told me I wasn't suppose to be driving on the grounds with all
the people and dogs. She was one of the organizers, not fair
personnel. When I asked her about tonight, she said after 4:30 is OK.
So, we should be good for tonight. Just drive slow and no road kill!
