[Accrs-ho] HO Club Rules - Please Read - ASAP

I just returned from the club.  Two things I noticed that need to be 
addressed.

1.  I believe that the HO club rules state that tracks 5,6,7,8 and 9 are 
supposed to be left open for others to set up on.  Yet the last couple 
times, including today, that I was at the club, someone left a very long 
train on 6.  That does not follow what the rules state.  Track 4 was 
open and the train should have been parked there.  Club cars are to be 
on tracks 1,2,3,4 - Section *61b* is the section if you want to look it 
up.  Please store the club cars correctly in Hidden or the cabinet.  
Don't just throw them in the drawers.  Take care and stack them nicely.

2.  As I went past the Auto plant, I noticed one of the auto parts cars 
was _*not*_ sitting on the track correctly.   I picked it up to examine 
it.  The floor was pushed almost to the roof.   The couplers were broken 
off.  How this occured must be known by the person that caused the 
damage.  Yet not a word that it needed repaired and/or put upstairs in 
the repair box.

People seem to cause damage, but never own up to causing it.  If you 
recall, one of the "club" DCC units (that I provided) had a broken gear 
box that needed repair.   No one ever claimed responsibility causing the 
damage.   I bought a new truck and repaired the unit.  At this poing, 
club units are off the table..  Accidents happen.  Inappropriate 
handling of equipment shouldn't happen either.  Being responsible is 
what is important..

So, HO members, let's follow the rules and take care handling the equipment.
