[Accrs-ho] Two New(er) Computer are up and running

Hello all DCC ACCRS-HO folks,
With Chads help two new(er) Dell laptops with Windows 10 and the latest JMRI software replaced the two Windows 98 machines.
No need to learn new software.It looks the same as before...
