[Accrs-ho] City Lights - question

[ACCRS HO Scale]

The power supply for the city lights isnt on because the surge protector is
off. You have to crawl under the layout to the new power supply and turn on
the surge protector.
I think its one of those kinds that is off by default so you have to do it
every time.
Should be replaced with a normal surge protector.
