Hi Mark,
This year you'd have to sign up for your shifts and then get an entrance ticket and a parking ticket for each day.There are no badges this fair season.
I send out the sign up sheets as they stand in the next mail.

Folks,

Please make every attempt to be at the club this coming Friday as we 
will have a brief meeting and have the parking and entrance passes to 
pass out  The only other time I will be there before the Fair starts, is 
Thursday the 14th in the evening for an hour or so.
