[Accrs-ho] UPDATE: Track Vacuum Cleaner Car, DCC

I found the vacuum car sitting off-line.  Some of the truck wires were broken.  I thought that would be an easy fix, but then found the decoder unable to respond to Programming Track commands.  Appears to be dead.

I’m in the process of fixing this up so it runs again – it does work.  It is capable of ingesting large rodent turds left on the railway.  It’s very useful.   Hope to get this finished today.

But,  what this needs is a total re-design.
